It should take limited. In the breakfast is the best. No one takes 2-4 teaspoon. It is also harmful if we consume honey too much. we have not listened to anyone saying that honey consuming  (too much) in accessing amount is harmful. Then also, consuming honey in the limited amount is the best for us. Let us make the habit to consume honey regular and in limits.
